Adhesion Assay Component
This core resource will perform cell adhesion assays to measure binding of activity of integrins (e.g., VLA-4, VLA-5, LFA-1), of CD44 to hyaluronic acid, and of selectin ligands. This component will also perform shear-based adhesion assays to assess mediators of binding interactions under shear conditions.
